Jennifer honed her skills at the renowned International Culinary Center (ICC), formerly The French Culinary Institute (FCI) in NYC, where she graduated with flying colors and a heart full of culinary dreams. From there, her journey led her to the coveted role of Pastry Chef Instructor, a role she thrives in. Guiding and inspiring the next generation of bakers is her calling, and her classrooms are a symphony of laughter, learning, and the irresistible aroma of freshly baked creations.
